Sabroe TSMC 188 (x3) Installation
CompressorsUsed cooling installation with 3 Sabroe TSMC 188 reciprocating compressors on NH3 (Ammonia). Each compressor is complete with a Schorch KA4355M-KZ81T-Z electric motor - 50 Hz - 120/160 kW - 740/993 RPM, Sabroe OVUR 6006 oil separator, Sabroe OVUR 3211D oil separator and pressure and safety switches/gauges. The compressors have a displacement of 3.849 m³/h. The compressors always have been running on low speeds.
The installation includes a Zeta separator with a volume of 6340 liter and 2 Hermetic CAM 1/4 NH3 pumps and a second Zeta separator with a volume of 11.200 liter and 3 Hermetic CAMR 2/3 NH3 pumps.
Further the set comes with a VEB K 4.2.29 NH3 receiver with a volume of 6830 liter. Dimensions: 6440x1300x1450 mm (LxWxH).
This set comes with certificates and has the following capacities:
-10°C/+40°C: 2415,9 kW
-20°C/+40°C: 1637,1 kW
-30°C/+40°C: 1030,5 kW
-40°C/+40°C: 611,1 kW
