Project description:
For one of the oldest HOS BV customers we completely refurbished and constructed a Spiral Freezer in order to freeze 750kg/hr of raw sausage.
The technical team from the customer came to Holland for a trial run of the Spiral, after which their team and our team de-installed the Spiral Freezer together.
The refrigeration installation consisted of 2 pieces completely overhauled Grasso RC3111 2 stage compressor frames and a Baltimore Evaporating Condensor.
During the overhauling the customer’s technicians were trained to maintain and overhaul these compressors for future purposes
