Bitzer 4G-20.2Y-40P & 6F-40.2Y-40P
Used Bitzer 4G-20.2Y-40P & 6F-40.2Y-40P air cooled water chiller on R404A, equipped with two fully independent refrigeration circuits, making it highly suitable for cooling two separate cold rooms. The total cooling capacity is 130,1 kW at an evaporating temperature of -10°C and a condensing temperature of +40°C.
The first circuit is built around a Bitzer 4G-20.2Y-40P semi-hermetic reciprocating compressor with capacity control. Heat rejection is handled by an Alfa Laval ACS503BS CR condenser fitted with three Ziehl-Abegg fans with a diameter of 500 mm, suitable for both 50 and 60 Hz operation, with a power rating of 0.78/1.1 kW and a speed of 1250/1280 RPM. On the cooling side, an Alfa Laval DXS 80 DX shell-and-tube evaporator is installed, combined with a Grundfos NB32-125/130 water pump with a maximum capacity of 25.5 m³/h. In addition, this circuit includes a suction accumulator to protect the compressor, a Bitzer FS302 liquid receiver with a volume of 30 liters, pressure and safety switches with gauges, a liquid line filter drier, and a control panel equipped with Danfoss and VDH Alfa 71 controllers. This circuit has a capacity of 57,1 kW at -5°C/+40°C.
The second circuit is more powerful and utilizes a Bitzer 6F-40.2Y-40P semi-hermetic reciprocating compressor. The condenser is an Alfa Laval ACS503CS CR, likewise equipped with three Ziehl-Abegg fans with identical specifications to those in the first circuit. For evaporation, an Alfa Laval DXS 80 SX shell-and-tube evaporator is used, in combination with a Grundfos NB32-125/130 water pump with a maximum flow rate of 25.5 m³/h. This circuit is also fitted with a suction accumulator, a Bitzer FS302 liquid receiver with a volume of 30 liters, the necessary pressure and safety components, a liquid line filter drier, and a control cabinet with Danfoss and VDH Alfa 71 controllers. This circuit has a capacity of 54,3 kW at -20°C/+40°C.
