Carton Box Freezer
We offer a complete industrial NH₃ (ammonia) freezer installation designed for efficient freezing of carton-packed products. The system is built for reliable, continuous operation in demanding food production environments and delivers stable performance at low temperatures.
The installation is equipped with NH₃ evaporators from Riemer + Timmann and a two-stage reciprocating compressor, model RC 6311, manufactured by GEA Grasso. This robust compressor setup ensures high efficiency and dependable low-temperature performance.
Freezing Capacity:
- Capacity: 15 tons per 24 hours
- Operating temperature: -24°C
- Carton weight: 12–15 kg per box
- Throughput: approximately 2,000 boxes per 24 hours
- Infeed/Outfeed rate: 80–90 boxes per hour
The freezer is designed to ensure uniform airflow and consistent freezing quality across all products.
