Used Mycom 200 VSD 5.8H Screw compressor // 1x Electromotor: ABB M2FA315 / 400V / 200kW at 2977 RPM / 353A // Mycom pump M5OP-M // Mycom OFC 50 / 7L // Mycom IV HS 7530-200 / 1340L // 1x ABB M2AA 112M / 380-420 / 4kW at 2850RPM // Display control panel + Control Cabinet // It is an indirect system with which an ethanol / water mixture (70/30%) is cooled from about -34 to -40 ° C in so-called Q-plates with direct expansion. The purpose of 2x Mycom screw units type F 200 VDS-HE are used working on R410a (one tap). Directly driven - about 3000 rpm - by a 200 kW E-motor. Prepared together with 2 water-cooled S & T condensers in a sound-damped cabin next to the factory hall. Condenser cooling water temperature: + 21 / + 26 ° C (via cooling tower) Maxiumum cooling capacity 410 kW, can be reduced to 5% (20 kW).
