New Sabroe NS-PAC-T193SR water cooled chiller on NH3 (R717) build in 2014. Complete with 2 Sabroe SAB 193 S / York SGC 1913 screw compressors each with a Leroy Somer PLSES315S-T electric motor - 50 Hz - 160 kW - 2975 RPM, Sabroe OHU 04123D/2719D1 oil separator and oil reservoir, Sabroe OF 2111 oil filter, Alfa Laval AlfaNova HP 52-60H braced heat exchanger functioning as oil cooler. The chiller also includes a Baltimore VTL-E-103-K open cooling tower, 2 Alfa Laval M10-BWREF plate heat exchangers functioning as evaporator, 2 Alfa Laval M10-BWREF plate heat exchangers functioning as condensor, 2 Danfoss HFI 040 D 100 floats, Sabroe SVER 0408 economizer, Sabroe GHEA 083004-S liquid separator with a volume of 1700 liter, 2 Lowara FHE4 65-200/30/P water pumps and a Lowara PLM 100B5S3-330 electric motor, 2 Vogel LSN80-50-160S4VV1-752 water pumps and a ABB M3AA 132 SC-2 electric motor, control cabinet with 2 Unisab 3 system controllers, 2 Danfoss VLT frequency converters. The chiller comes with all certificates.
The chiller has a cooling capacity of 215,4 kW with the following conditions and 1 compressor on standby:

Condensing temperature +32,5°C.
Variable Speed at 3600 RPM
Evaporator heat exchanger Glycol temperature:
Temperature in: -29,8°C.
